At Kate Backdrop, we want you to love your home studio setup, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unused condition. If your backdrop doesn't perfectly match your vision, we are here to help with a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

  Receive Approval

  Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the specific return shipping address.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Carefully fold and pack your backdrop in its original packaging to prevent creases, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once we receive and inspect the item at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
